The first is a company offering to do Free SEO, Search Engine Optimization, by putting links to other websites on your website. This is bizarre, why would anyone do free SEO, after all what's in it for them? Furthermore outbound links do absolutely nothing for your website, so if you get this call just say no thanks!
The second was a "SEO company" stating that they could get you to the top of Google.... forever... for a one time fee of only £200. Just so that you know, the fee for this sort of work would be £200/mth. This is a crazy Search Engine Optimization Marketing scam looking to get money from ill informed people - stay well clear.
